As the guys said, there are many available. The Citizen range are good.
The "kinetic" watches are wound by your body movement and do not require batteries. The "quartz" require batteries.
Make sure that any watch you buy for SCUBA is rated to 200m (660ft). You will not likely dive that deep, but the rating means it will last well for underwater use.
Casio also make some good ones (both analogue and digital).
For your money, the G-shock range are affordable and very tough and reliable.
Also for that sort of money you could buy a dive computer (a good one).
In fact, if you go for a G-shock, you could probably buy a Suunto Gekko computer with the change!

Check out http://www.scuba.com for a small screen computer (like the Suunto Stinger) that would double up as a day-to-day watch.
    Enjoy!

That´s easy look in the Citizen line of Eco-Dive collection. I have seen this models new under $500.00 in e-bay.

    Luminox.com

Definitely the best. The navy Seals wear them. I own one and I’ve had it for 8 years. Excellent. Batteries last at least 4 years easy.
