When you delete some thing in windows it is actually not deleted but moved to main drive in folders with name like restore001 etc. If you check there sizes it will be the additional space which you are looking for.

Deleted files just go into Trash folder. You need to clean out your Trash

you might have to delete the game files from the program files folder in my computer. sometimes it won’t remove those files when you uninstall something.

Video files take up a lot of space. If you can’t find the files in your My Documents folder, are there other user accounts on the computer? Do some troubleshooting to check out exactly where all the files are coming from. Check out the size of your My Documents folder for starters. That’s probably where it is. Other than that, you could check your Program Files and see what’s lurking in there.

That much hard drive space doesn’t usually just go missing :)

    Good luck!

because the games arent completly removed, you noticed if you installe the game again all the info is saved, well you have to take an extra step to 100% remove it from your PC which i do not know, my sister does she is like a computer expert

Use Tuneup Utilities Cleaner or any cleaner available. Some deleted files, Junk and temporary files still in the drive, by cleaning all of it will be deleted permanently.
