I am currently looking to purchase a new computer, price range should be around 0-0. What I need is something for
-casual gaming
-surfing the net
-downloading & playback of movies
-digital music collection management
Anyway, my spending limit is rather low, but I know that computer prices have taken huge nose dives, so could anyone please recommend a decent computer for the price? Thanks in advance.

Also just to add, please don’t recommend anything by dell or emachines, I’ve used oth in the past and don’t trust either brands.

Your limit isn’t low at all. I believe that any brand will be good as long as you know what you are getting inside the box. I would got with something that has about 2gigs of ram(or more) and about a 2.5 GHz processor. And a hard drive of about 160 will be plenty. These things should accommodate all your needs.
